Adoption & Reservation Policy

All pure-breed kitten Premium Cattery SHOP is committed to placing every kitten in a safe, loving, and permanent home. By reserving or adopting a kitten through our cattery, you agree to the following standards.

Eligibility

• Adopters must be at least 21 years of age and able to provide a stable, indoor home environment.
• We reserve the right to decline any application if we believe the placement is not in the kitten's best interest.
• Kittens are sold as companion animals only and are not guaranteed for breeding or show purposes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Reservation Process

• A kitten may be reserved once a deposit is received and confirmed by our team.
• Reservations are held for the named adopter only and cannot be transferred without written approval.
• Kitten availability is updated in real time; we recommend reserving promptly once you have selected your kitten.
• All reservation requests are reviewed within 24 hours during business days.

Pickup & Handover

• Kittens are released only when they meet age, vaccination, and health-readiness standards set by our veterinarians.
• At handover, you will receive veterinary records, care instructions, and any applicable pedigree or health documentation.
• Local pickup may be available for select kittens marked "Pick Up Today" on our catalog.

Deposit & Payment Policy

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All prices listed on our website reflect the current adoption fee for each individual kitten.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold a kitten, unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation.
• Deposits are applied toward the final adoption fee and are not a separate charge.
• If a kitten becomes unavailable due to health concerns before transfer, your deposit will be transferred to another available kitten or refunded in full.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due before shipping, delivery, or local pickup — whichever applies to your adoption.
• We accept secure payment methods as communicated by our team (bank transfer, card, or approved digital payment).
• Adoption fees do not include optional shipping, travel crate upgrades, or third-party courier charges unless quoted as part of your delivery package.

Health & Veterinary Standards

Every kitten in our program undergoes professional veterinary care before joining a new family. Our health standards exceed industry norms for home-based catteries.

• Home cattery kittens: 2-year genetic health warranty, full age-appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV screening, deworming, and licensed veterinary examination.
• Partner network kittens: 1-year health guarantee with verified veterinary records and health certification prior to travel.
• Complete medical records and care documentation are provided at adoption.
• We provide 7-day-a-week guidance during your kitten's transition period.

Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate safe, climate-controlled delivery for families across the United States. Delivery options vary by kitten location and adopter preference.

• All travel arrangements prioritize kitten comfort, safety, and compliance with airline or courier regulations.
• Kittens travel only when cleared as healthy and travel-ready by a licensed veterinarian.
• Shipping timelines, costs, and carrier details are confirmed individually after reservation.
• Adopters are responsible for being available to receive the kitten at the agreed delivery time.

Returns & Rehoming Policy

We stand behind every placement and remain a lifelong resource for our adopting families.

• Adoption fees are non-refundable once a kitten has been transferred, except where covered under our health guarantee.
• If you are ever unable to keep your kitten, contact us first — we will assist with responsible rehoming at no surrender fee for families who adopted through our cattery.
• Health guarantee claims must be reported within the warranty period with documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
• We do not support abandonment or resale of kittens through unverified third-party platforms.
